There is no return possible without prior agreement of Mosa Frein sprl via the ad hoc form to return to return@mosa-frein.be
Only goods that have not been specifically ordered for the customer can be returned.
Items must not be damaged and packaging must be in perfect condition.
The return request must be made within 21 calendar days of the date of the invoice.
The organization of the transport of the returns and the expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
